Transgenic mice expressing GFP ubiquitously from CAG-EGFP and in the sperm acrosome from acr3-EGFP. Acr3-EGFP, in which EGFP with a proacrosin signal peptide and proacrosin N-terminal peptide were connected to the acrosin promoter. CAG-EGFP, in which EGFP is connected to the cytomegalovirus immediate early enhancer/beta-actin promoter (CAG).
